I'm finishing the qusetions from the last blogger.

 

5)  The scientific word for water cycle is Hydro Logical cycle.

 

6) The Molecules in the water are always moving

7)  Molecules in hot water move slower/faster than molecules in cooler water

8)  Water can evaporate/freeze even when it's not very hot


9) Water is constatly being Recycled

10) The frost on a glass is Condensation water

11) Evaporation is the Opposite of condensation

12) Water vapor must have something to Stick to in order for it to condense

13) Water vapor rises to the sky condenses and becomes Clouds

14) The precipitation falls from the clouds and Accumulates in ponds, puddles,oceans

its a river -like  stream of water that is moving  inside of  another, bigger, body of water

 

 

What causes a current

 

 

surface currents are caused by changes in  water temperature

 

-cold water sinks

 

-warer water rises

current are caused by changes in water temperature

 

cold water sinks

 

warmer water rises

 

 

 

What causes a curent

 

 

deep water 

 currents by changes in sainity (how muc h salt is in the water)

 

high salt =  heavier

The man is explaining what it looks like when you mix colours, like red and green, and blue and green.

Blue, green, red, yellow,white ,purple.They are taking some colours away to make different colours. I like it they are funny.

 this person did viscosity.  It was about testing different fluids to see which fluids would flow the fastest.

this girl did the same as the girl before

this guy do water pressure he wanted to see if the heat or the coldness would affect the water pressure.

she did the pop and mentos she was testing to see if  mentos would react to different types of pop.

the kid was doing float or sink and he was testing to se if these things would  float or sink

WHAT IS A FLUID!

PRESSURE IN FLUIDS!

Looking at a firefighter; with out the pressure force the water would not reach  the fire.
nor  could the air in the firfighters' tanks would reach the lungs
to protect them from choking.






DENSITY!

deffinition: Density is the amout of mass in a substance.
it could also be described as {croweded ness}

Example: If you had  two objects the exact same size, the heaver one would be discribed as the denser object.



BUOYANCY
-The  ability for someting to float in a fluid

Example:doing a hand stand in the water is easy  becuase of the buoyancy force

HOW STUFF MOVES

Osmosis is the movement of WATER through a selectively premeable membrane.Only the water is allowed to move through.

Diffusionthe movement of PARTICLES from an area of high concentration to lower concentraton.
High-->Low

Selectively Permeable is a movement where only CERTAIN materials can pass through.
Some things can move,some can't.
