RUNNING OUT OF FRESH WATER

    Today in science we continued on are notes about how much water we have, use, what country has the most, and the country that has the least. 
    71% of the world is covered by water, while 97.5% is salt water and 2.5% is fresh drinking water. if we run out of fresh water we will need to pay to disstile the salt water too fresh water to drink.
    The top 5 countres with the highest mount of fresh water is -Brazil -Russia -Canada -USA -Indonesia, the 5 countres with least amount of water is -Bahrain -Qutur -Malta -Maldives - Nevis. The average person drinks and uses about 80 to a 100 gallons of water. And that's what we leart in are notes about fresh water.

New Unit!

    Today in science we started a intro about are new unit the Water System. In this unit we are going to be learning about what happens to rain when it falls, were does water in your taps come from and will earth one day run out of water.

How We See Colour

Today in science class we reviewed are How We See Colour - Ted ed video. In this video it talked about how your eye's see colour, it explains that you only see three colours, red, green, and blue. here is the Ted ed videos we watched.

 

HEART DIAGRAM

Today we worked on our heart diagram in groups that Mrs.Thompson assigned us. For the heart diagram we drew out a shape of the heart and drew the inside of the heart with all the ventricles and atrium's and arteries. then we drew the outside the same thing but with the outside of the heart.
